Meaghen has a B.F.A. in Music Theatre from the University of Windsor, and a M.F.A. in Acting from Penn State University. She is very excited to be back in Toronto working with an amazing group of artists. Thanks to all! Let the adventure begin!
John Fleming
Classical Theatre Project: Benvolio and the Apothecary in Romeo and Juliet, Malcolm in Macbeth, is in the Chorus in Oedipus and, among others, Guildenstern in Hamlet, Prince of Denmark.
A recent graduate of York University's Acting conservatory, John recently played the chorus leader in The Fire Raisers, Dr. Geleen in The Bewitched, and was a clown in The Clown Show of 2009. This is John's first season with the Classical Theatre Project.

Tanya Doroslovac

Tanya fell in love with Hamlet in the summer of 1999 and has been involved with acting, writing and producing theatre ever since. Tanya is a graduate of the BBA program at Wilfrid Laurier University. Her selected marketing and business development credits include roles at Grey Worldwide, Research in Motion, and Coca-Cola.
David Galpern
Classical Theatre Project: Producer (2001-2009), Mercutio in Romeo & Juliet (2002), Gravedigger/Player King in Hamlet (2003). David is co-founder and Artistic Director of the Classical Theatre Project. Outside of CTP, he works as an actor, producer, and was the founding Artistic Director of the Toronto Youth Theatre, a charity that gives young people the opportunity to work in a professional theatre environment. David studied at McGill University in Montreal and at BADA at Oxford University.
Shayna Goldberg

Shayna graduated from York University in Honours Fine Arts Cultural Studies in 2008. She didn't want to write a bio, which is fine because it allows us to say that we don't know how this season could happen without her! Little known fact: Shayna knows every secondary school teacher in Ontario by name.

Nava Lightstone

Nava holds a degree in Music from the University of Ottawa, where she was extremely active in both the musical and broader artistic community.
After performing and working administratively for Opera Lyra Ottawa for four years, she is happy to now be working with the Classical Theatre Project! After office hours, Nava teaches music and continues to perform with various ensembles around the Toronto area.
Will O'Hare

Will is a director, actor and educator from New York City. His work in New York includes teaching Acting Shakespeare at the Michael Howard Studios, and he recently worked on the Tony-Award winning Broadway productions of Mary Poppins and the The History Boys. Since 2004, will has worked as the Director Education for the Classical Theatre Project in Toronto, while also directing productions such as Twelfth Night and Macbeth for the company. His 2007 production of Macbeth was nominated for a Dora award as Outstanding Production in the Theatre for Young Audiences Category.
Will has worked in the Education Department of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London, was a member of the 2004 Lincoln Center Directors Lab, a recipient of the Kennedy Center Irene Ryan Fellowship, the Washington University Jon Jutkowitz Award and was recently nominated for the Sir John Gielgud Fellowship in directing
Tamara Protic

Tamara graduated from York University’s Theatre Production program last summer, and has, since then, primarily been working as a theatre technician at both York University and the Leah Posluns theatre. She stage managed CTP’s most recent production of Romeo & Juliet, and enjoyed the experience so much that she came back for 9 more months! Tamara will be stage-managing 3 productions this year: Oedipus Rex, Hamlet, and Romeo and Juliet.
Charles Roy
A graduate of McGill University and York University's youngest ever MFA Directing graduate, Charles is co-founder of the Classical Theatre Project. His recent production of Romeo & Juliet was nominated for a Dora Award.
Since graduating from York, he has helmed over fifteen productions and a dozen remounts, including the Canadian premiere of Neil LaBute's Autobahn. Charles' production of the Sanskrit masterpiece Shakuntala was staged as part of Harbourfront's World Stage Festival in 2009, and has been invited to participate in the Cultural Olypiad at the Olympics in Vancouver 2010. Charles has been composing music since his early childhood and had his original musical Notebooks produced at Concordia University several years ago.
Brianne Tulk
Classical Theatre Project: Marketing & Publicity Intern (2009 - Present)
Brianne is a graduate from McMaster University's Communication Studies program and is now happy to be the Classical Theatre Project's Marketing & Publicity Intern.
Outside of CTP, previous productions she has worked on include Sophocles' "Oedipus Rex", Shakespeare's "As You Like It", W.S. Gilbert's "Rosencrantz & Guildenstern", and a variety of original student plays from the McMaster theatre community
