No other company does what the Classical Theatre Project does. In 2012-13, CTP will inspire more students than any classical company in North America, performing in 31 cities, coast to coast:
from Toronto to Florida; from New York to California.
From the beginning, we've designed our productions for students, and we've seen first-hand what can happen when students really 'get it': when they recognize their world in Shakespeare's; when they master and take ownership of what they thought was difficult or impossible text; when they discover they can relate to some of literature's greatest characters.
These experiences increase students' confidence and cultural literacy. They inspire students to tackle further challenges with new self-belief.
